Where can I buy these pieces?
You can purchase items online through our webshop, or visit our gallery for a unique experience in the heart of the city.
Where is the shop, and when is it open?
Leanzer Newcraft is located at 1053 Budapest, Veres Pálné utca 31, and it is a street-front shop.
Opening hours:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 14:00 - 20:00
- Saturday: 10:00 - 16:00
- Closed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.
What if I want to visit when you are not open?
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to visit us, which is why we offer extended hours. If you cannot make it during our opening hours, please check out our webshop. You can also message us, and we can work together to find a solution.
Can I try the items on?
Of course! That’s why we have the gallery. If you prefer shopping in person and want to ensure a perfect fit, just visit us!
Do you offer a guarantee?
We provide a six-month guarantee covering quality issues for every product purchased, provided the item is used as intended. The client is responsible for shipping costs.
We also continue to offer cleaning and repair services after the guarantee period, although the client will need to cover the associated costs. To initiate a service, send us an email at leanzer.newcraft@gmail.com. After an evaluation, which may take up to a week, we will contact you to discuss service fees.
Where can I find details about sizing?
We try to showcase all available sizes, but they may not always be up to date. If you’re interested in purchasing something and are unsure about the size, just write to us, and we will provide all the necessary information.
Can the jewelry be resized?
Before placing your order, ensure that you measure your size accurately. While we provide sizing for most of our designs, it may not be available for all products due to technical reasons. Please email us at leanzer.newcraft@gmail.com if you have any specific inquiries about a particular item.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If the item you purchase is available, it takes us 1-3 days to prepare it for shipping. Once GLS picks up your order, it typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery. If you choose local pick up you can come any time if you received our message.
How can I receive my order?
You can choose local pickup and visit us in the gallery during opening hours. We also ship orders within Hungary via GLS for 3000 HUF.
Can I choose a different shipping method?
We take pride in our long-term partnership with GLS. Over the years, we have had no issues with missing packages or mistakes, so we prefer to ship everything with them.
Can I order from abroad?
Absolutely! Just email us at leanzer.newcraft@gmail.com before purchasing to ensure we can ship to your country and to discuss shipping costs.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Please note that custom-made orders are non-returnable. Only items that are undamaged, unused, and in saleable condition may be returned within 14 days.
Do you also create unique jewelry and home decor?
We fulfill custom-made orders and also offer ready-to-ship and ready-to-order pieces. If you need something urgently, we recommend selecting one of our ready-to-ship items from our webshop or store. Custom-made orders typically take longer: price offers take a few days, production time is 6-8 weeks, and shipping varies by location. It is best to start the application process 2.5 months prior to your final date.
Will the jewelry surface change color?
Yes, silver and gold jewelry surfaces will naturally change with wear; rings are particularly prone to physical wear. Over time, you may notice partial polishing on matte surfaces and scratching on polished surfaces. Jewelry can suffer damage in abrasive environments and when impacted by hard objects. We do not recommend wearing any of our jewelry during sports or heavy physical work. But just for you to know: we can always help with cleaning your jewelry so it will shine as something new!
Please note that gold-plated jewelry will lose its color over time. If you'd like to have it re-plated, you can bring it back to us, and we can typically complete this within 2-3 business days. To inquire about costs, please email us with the model of the jewelry or a photo.
How do I know my finger size?
Finger size can vary slightly depending on physical condition and the season. It is common for individuals to experience a size difference depending on whether it’s summer or winter. The ideal ring size is one that slides on easily but is snug enough to stay on when your hand is relaxed.
We recommend removing the ring while playing sports or sleeping. If you cannot measure your finger, feel free to visit us during opening hours for assistance. If you are not in Budapest, you can order a ring sizer from us by emailing leanzer.newcraft@gmail.com.
Can I clean my jewelry at home?
While we’re not experts in DIY jewelry cleaning, we recommend bringing your pieces to our gallery for a thorough cleaning. However, if you prefer to clean your jewelry at home, we offer certified cleaning supplies in our store that are effective and safe for your jewelry, ensuring they won’t tarnish or get damaged.
